TenneT’s Business Technology Organization (BTO) is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing IT technologies across the organization. In a dynamic IT environment, BTO plays a crucial role in quickly adapting to changing customer needs and fostering a data-driven culture. The department focuses on standardizing and digitizing processes, promoting innovation, and improving collaboration between different units. Through automation and data analysis, BTO contributes to efficiently and effectively achieving TenneT's strategic objectives.
You work as an Information Security Officer for the Business Technology Organisation (BTO), ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the IT landscape, focusing on IT/Business Continuity Management.
Tasks:
• You work in a second line of defense as trusted advisor for the IT teams, regarding cybersecurity.
• You support the orchestration of cybersecurity within the unit and support the corporate ISMS using industry best practices in order to protect the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of the information and IT systems.
• You develop, implement, and enforce BCM policies, processes, procedures, and standards.
• You develop and conduct training and awareness programs for staff on cybersecurity best practices and BCM.
• You develop and deliver training programs to ensure all BTO staff members understand their roles in continuity plans.
• You plan and support BCM management activities such as governance, risk assessments, control effectiveness, reporting, etc.
• You prepare regular reports on BCM activities, risks, and other security topics to senior management.
Profile
• You are able to work with different stakeholders and know how to quickly get to the heart of the matter;
• You have deep knowledge of security tools, technologies, and practices.
• You have knowledge in frameworks such as ITIL 4, Cobit, ISO 31000, , ISO 27001, NIST and ISO 22301;
• You have a completed graduate degree in Information Technology, Information Security, General Security, or Business Administration with demonstrable experience in IT/Information Security or similar;
• In addition, you have a good command of English language. Dutch and/or German languages are a plus.
Important:
• You are proactive, a real go-getter.
• You must to have experience with the BCM, as you will be reponseble the building is for the IT/BTO side.
Practical information:
• VOG and UVO screening must be received before a candidate can start;
• Upon commencement of employment, a Pre Employment Screening (PES) is carried out as standard;
• Location: Arhnem/ Hybrid, minum of 2 days a week in Arnhem, Monday is mandatory, Wednesday is a big plus.
• Self-employed no problem, this role is suitable for ZZP.
• Interviews: 1 round, maximum 2;
• The candidate must have at least a C1 level of Dutch.
We no longer work with a ZZP Indirect construction within TenneT. This will be a fee-only construction where € 1,45 of the margin is retained from the supplier. After 1 year worked, the supplier will definitely leave out of the chain. So take this into account.
Additional information:
• Suppliers of candidates should be aware of the applicable laws and regulations in the field of employment conditions and the (TenneT) collective labor agreement. This commitment falls into scale 9 of the TenneT collective labor agreement;

Screening:
• Pre-employment screening: If the candidate is allowed to start with the client, a pre-employment screening will take place. We will then send you the necessary documents. Your candidate may only start after completing the pre-employment screening. The VOG application is part of the screening from Magnit, the VOG must be received before the candidate can start;
• The candidate has proof of identity (a passport or identity card), which is valid at intake and on the start date of the candidate's contract and can be submitted for verification.

• It is important that the candidate is available for the entire requested period in the application;
