For TenneT, we are looking for a:
Project Lead/Coordinator.

As a Project Lead/Coordinator you have a very important role to play! You are THE pivot in coordinating the deliverables and people working on your project in an Agile manner (DevOps). Thanks to your skills, business orientation, helicopter view and team spirit, you will complete the projects. You are leading 2-3 projects in parallel in the domain of Systems and Markets, e.g. in balancing the electricity grid, information exchange with market parties and disaster recovery measures.

Main Activities:
• Taking care of communication and information transfer with (internal and external) stakeholders;
• Compose and Support the team;
• Besides responsible for project deliverables, you also have an eye for the interests and goals of the organisation and project dependencies;
• Safeguard the scope and purpose of solutions and ensure these are fully integrated and accepted alongside other IT and data solutions.

Profile:
• You have a completed HBO education or demonstrable HBO work and thinking level and relevant certificates (e.g. Prince2, SAFe, IPMA, etc.);
• You are an experienced business-IT project lead developing software applications in an Agile way in technically oriented organisations;
• You recognize and understand, through experience and technical background, possible problems; you proactively help coordinate and manage the project;
• You are able to operate well in an environment with external stakeholders with (sometimes) conflicting interests in a complex environment;
• Hands on experience in agile transformations and experience in the Utility sector.

Additional information:
• Travel time maximum 1 hour from Arnhem;
• Hybrid working is possible but preferable at least 1 day in the office in Arnhem;
• We would like to receive the personal motivation and CV in Dutch or English.
• At entry, TenneT performs a Pre-Employment Screening;
• Scale 9 (collective labour agreement TenneT TSO).

Screening:
• Pre-employment screening: If the candidate is selected to start, a pre-employment screening will be executed. We will send you the required documents to be filled in and returned as soon as possible. Your candidate is only allowed to start after the pre-employment screening has been completed successfully. The VOG Application is part of the screening. The VOG must be received before the candidate could start;
• All submitted candidates must be in possession of a valid Passport or ID card, which must be taken along to the interview and at the start of the assignment.
